    采购注意事项：
    1. 该系列桶夹一次只能搬运6个高度相同的圆桶。（桶的高度差不大于25mm，桶水平间隔距离不超过50mm都可以自动适应）
    2. 门的高度以及空间高度： 抓桶后，叉车门架提高，能否自如进出仓库和车间的大门。 抓桶和放桶的时候，空间高度是否足够叉车门架提升。
    3. 叉车货叉的升高： 采用标准3米升高的叉车，只可以在平地上面，进行2层桶的堆码和装卸。
                                 采用标准3米升高的叉车，只可以对标准卡车进行1层桶的堆码和装卸。
    4. 同步性问题： 由于该系列六桶夹由2个四桶夹组合起来的，所以保证2个四桶夹同时处于抓桶或者放桶的相同状态。
                              本公司在发货时，配备1个同步撬杠，只需要撬动其中1个井架就可以同步了。
      
    6EL型和6ES型四桶夹的区别
    1. 6E系列六桶夹主要用来搬运摆放比较整齐的桶，效率相当高，适用于大批量桶需要搬运的场合。
        但是如果六个桶没有摆放在一起，则效率较低。且每次作业，整台套鹰嘴机构全部动作一次，磨损较快。
    2. 由于6EL型高六桶夹的芯架较长，所以在抓取一个桶的时候可以对桶提供支撑。该桶夹可以抓取1到6个桶。
       由于6ES型矮六桶夹的芯架较短，所以在抓取一个桶的时候桶没有支撑，会倾斜滑落。该桶夹一次只能抓取4个桶或者6个桶，桶相互提供支撑。
     
    六桶夹操作要领
    1. 使叉车门架直立，使桶夹的顶部与地面平行。这种水平状态能够使桶夹芯架和鹰嘴机构垂直起落，更容易工作，不会损坏桶。
    2. 要抓取油桶，叉车司机应该将货叉和桶夹提升到桶的上方，并将桶夹芯架对准六个桶的2个中心，慢慢落下货叉，使桶夹完全坐在桶的顶部，然后再提升货叉，鹰嘴就会自动抓住四个桶。
    3. 要释放油桶，简单地按相反的程序进行操作。将货叉和桶夹落下，这样油桶就会落到地面或者托盘上面，并注意一直下落使芯架完全下落坐在油桶上面。再次提升桶夹，油桶便会自动与桶夹脱离了。

    12. The whole attachment can be custom-made,for explosion-proof (EX) areas.
      
    Cautions：
    1. The unit can handle six drums only at the same height, but the unit can handle six drums within 25mm in height difference and six drums apart within 50mm in surface distance.
    2. The height for doors and space: After the carriage is lifted and the drums are picked up, the forklift can go in and out freely through the doors of the warehouse and workshop.
    The space should be high enough for the pickup and release of drums.
    3. Max lifting height of a forklift:  With a 3M-lift forklift truck, the attachment can do two stacks of drums on the floor.
    With a 3M-lift forklift truck, the attachment can do just one stack only on regular trucks from the floor.     
    4. Synchronization:  The 6E drum handler is made up of two “4E” four-drum handlers, so it must be assured that the two four-drum handlers must be in the same pickup or release positions. The unit is equipped with a synchronization crowbar which is used to lever one of the spiders, to make the whole unit simultaneously in the same pickup or release positions.
